CLASSICAL LIVING

LEADING THE WAY IN KITCHEN MANUFACTURING

Leaning on aesthetic synergy, Magic Kitchens & Furniture have created a visually integrated image of classical elegance in the featured kitchen. Successful in each endeavour undertaken so far, they pride themselves on magically transforming any type of kitchen.

This stunning kitchen featured is decked in everything that could possibly be desired to accomplish efficiency. As the most frequently used space in the home, the creation of a kitchen requires acute attention to detail and skilful workmanship – attributes that characterise Magic Kitchens & Furniture as a company.

Designed by D’fine Creative, the space has been created to meet the homeowners requests. They wanted their kitchen to be easy to use and provide plenty of space for entertaining family and friends.

The size of the kitchen reflects this perfectly. Its unique elongated shape makes for a clean compacted space featuring extensive storage space underneath the spacious island bench and under the stove area, as well as overhead compartments. Each spot that would have otherwise been a wall has been made into multiple drawers or cupboards, fully maximising the use of available space.

The natural stonetop island bench, mechanised by Multiform Stone Industries, further heightens the major feature of spaciousness, providing a long and wide preparation and set down area. More than a requirement, this is quickly becoming a necessity, as more people are realising the benefits of a large bench, which makes for an uncluttered kitchen.

Working from a colour palette of black and white, the classical décor of this kitchen seamlessly integrates with the rest of the home. Throughout each room, a timeless, simple look is continuous. Earthy colours, mainly based around the basic shades, mean it has a timeless look and will retain sale value.

It features a specialty arched canopy reminiscent of the Renaissance era, with an outline matching the thick, detailed architraves of the home’s interior. Accompanying this look is the elegant, fully tiled splashback. Light brown in tone, it breaks up any harshness that could have eventuated from the conscious use of black and white.

Adding a contemporary touch, the kitchen is accented in sleek stainless steel appliances, including the fridge, oven, stove and sink. The doors and panels have all been painted in two-pack with a brilliant satin finish, giving the kitchen a gleaming appearance, as opposed to a matte finish. This high gloss look brightens the area, a much needed effect to add interest to the otherwise simplistic colour tone.

Celebrating a successful 40 years in the business, Magic Kitchens & Furniture specialise in building basic and specialty designed kitchens that are functional and feature commercial joinery. They also provide beautiful made-to-measure furniture that is built to client specification.
