Since its establishment five years ago, Melbourne Woodworks has grown significantly, and continues to grow each year. Currently working on an impressive 200 to 250 projects annually, the team at Melbourne Woodworks specialises in all types of kitchens and joinery.
The featured kitchen is an unusual ‘L’ shape, but Melbourne Woodworks proprietor Steve Attard used the room’s contour to the design’s advantage, creating an elegant space that features custom-made cabinet doors.
Melbourne Woodworks designed the doors with the client and then manufactured them to specification. The size of the room provided the opportunity to build this particular kitchen as it had the right space to distribute appliances and install cabinets and doors in a way that perfectly suited the client’s needs.
The drawers are made from solid American walnut timber, while flat panel doors were painted in a two-pack Dulux white on white gloss.
The handles on the cabinets are from Elite Hardware, and stainless steel kickboards were installed. Appliances by Bosch and Liebherr were also incorporated into the kitchen.
A CaesarStone benchtop in ice stone that was crafted by the team at Creative Stone makes an eye-catching and appealing centrepiece in the room.
